What it is like here
Engineers here take work from the question through to what runs in production, including the decisions along the way. Nobody hands you a spec and waits.
There is no layer between you and the person who decides. That is the main advantage of our size, and we would rather protect it than grow past it carelessly.
Based in Wollert, Australia, working with clients across 5 markets. We plan overlap deliberately rather than expecting anyone to live on call.
We would rather deploy the narrow thing that works than demo the broad thing that does not. That applies to how we build and to how we talk about it.
